Our Educators

Our caring and dedicated educators have been with us for a long period of time, offering stability and familiarity to the families. We have had many families who have sent their children and subsequent siblings to us and have seen the same smiling faces as they come through the door. Our educators offer the care and warmth that the children need when they are away from home.

Conducive and supportive environment for the children's learning

Indoor play areas have plenty of natural light and can be set up for various activities. Our outdoor area is well shaded and lets in plenty of sunlight for the children's source of vitamins. There's even a spot for our plants and vegetables that the children look after!

Having seen many of our children head to primary school over the years, we ensure that they are well prepared for life after Hillcrest. Our centre follows The Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) which promotes:
